CARE INSTRUCTIONS

FORMS + VESSELS - Dust regularly with a gentle duster such as a feather duster. Unglazed, hand-sanded forms are not intended for food use. All hand sanded vessels are sealed on the interior with clear glaze in order to retain water for flowers or stems. Ivory and Charcoal finished forms can be gently rinsed with warm water.

MUGS - Although dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing for a long life. All mugs are microwave safe.

MARBLE FORMS - Dust regularly and spot clean with a slightly damp microfiber towel.

INTERNATIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY

International import taxes and duties vary wildly from country to country. Depending on your country’s import policies, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service which means duty and tax is subject to your country’s rates. Our courier will contact you to collect the required fees prior to delivering your order.

If you refuse to pay, your order will either be returned or abandoned. If your order is returned safely and undamaged, we will refund you the total amount minus any additional return shipping cost. If your order is returned and damaged, we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If your order is abandoned because duty was refused, we are unable to refund you for the lost goods.
